WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO?

The past is over, you need to move forward. 

Do not look back at what once was, it's no longer here: It's over and done with!

See your mistakes and failures as learning experiences on your way to a better and more improved you.

Remember that you have many more chapters left in your book... The book of your life!

Do not despair, you have so much more to live for, far beyond the temporary pain that you may be experiencing at the moment. 

Focus on working on you so that your book will have a beautiful ending. 

Forgive yourself and others, let go of anger, resentment and all other negativity stored in your mind and body, so that you will be able to move forward to a brighter and more promising future.

Let go of wanting to blame others for how you feel - it's an illusion! 

Nobody can make you feel anything unless you give it the "stage to flourish on."

Life goes on, people will say and do things that will hurt you, but it isn't necessary for you to give in to the pain. 

Do not accept what others tell you as truth, until you've considered what they are really attempting to express.

Unfortunately, more than often, it is those who hurt others that are experiencing the most anguish; Do not take it personally. 

Choose to make room in your heart for empathy and compassion to rise above your suffering. 

Instead of giving in and reacting to your environment, choose to be proactive and create what you rather feel in your heart. 

Concentrate on building yourself up to the person you want to be, not the person others "push" you to be. 

The most essential thing for you is to feel good and be happy. Why? Because when you are not "alright" than nothing will be right. 

Discover what is it that makes your heart sing, what makes you feel excited and full of life. That will give you the right indication for what you want out of life.
