The Pleasure Principle
How to become mindful faster then ever - the pleasure principle.
Would you like a tool that perhaps helps you have instinctual awareness when you need it?
Do this exercise before you begin your day:
Take a few moments to relax, close your eyes and breath deeply.
Ask yourself: what is my deepest innermost value for today?
Pay close attention to your intuition, and notice the first word that comes to your mind.
Never judge yourself - your intuition is a higher form of trust and consciousness.
If for example your most important value is love, how will your day go if everything you do comes from a place of love?
When you focus on your deepest values, the best of your optimism, you can then undermine any stress or irritability that you may be experiencing.
