Making Your Thoughts Become Reality

Long ago a righteous man, went to his rabbi seeking advice on how to rid himself of the constant bothersome thoughts he'd been having. Unfortunately the rabbi could not help, but suggested he see a different rabbi, who lives in a distant city. As time passed, he couldn't bear his affliction any longer, so the righteous man decided to take his rabbi's advice, in a quest to lessen his burden. After a long cumbersome journey, in freezing temperatures, the man finally arrived at the door step of the rabbi who he believed had the key to his salvation. He could see through the window some folks around a table, enjoying a delicious, hot soup. The righteous man was hungry, shivering and wet to the bone. He knocked at the door, but no one answered. He knocked again - no answer. He knocked several more times, until he finally gave up, curled into a ball and went to sleep at the doorstep. A few minutes passed and suddenly the door opened by an elderly man. The righteous man jumped up and said: why didn't you open the door to your house when I knocked? The frail old man said, this is to show you that when you are the master of your kingdom/home/body/soul, YOU decide who enters your home and who stays out. You came to me because you cannot seem to get rid of your "bothersome thoughts", yes? Yes. The man answered. Well, it's very simple, although I heard you knocking, I still chose not to answer the door. Similarly, you also do not have to allow any thoughts that don't bring you some kind of benefit to enter your mind, fester and cause nothing but havoc. Likewise, we decide who we welcome into our domain: we choose our thoughts. We have the ability, like no other animal on this earth, to imagine the feelings we wish to have, bringing them to life - that's our job as creators. A creator is someone who takes responsibility for his inner world - he is driven by his desire to resolve his internal conflict between good and evil. Much love Estee

WHERE DOES INSPIRATION COME FROM?

Where does inspiration come from?

Where do we get our visions and ideas?

Do they just randomly come to us?

Have you ever stopped to wonder why an idea come to you and not to anyone else?

What if your vision came to you, because it should be expressed through you??

Maybe it's the Universe/ Creator, whispering a message to you ...

You were carefully selected to bring your creative thinking to life.

Your vision or idea comes to you at a certain time, because this energy needs to be revealed to the world through you!

Do not underestimate your ability to create something out of nothing.

Take advantage of the opportunity while you still have it, or it will land on someone else's lap, and you will regret not taking action.

Do not wait until you're ready - you will never think you're sufficiently ready!

As long as you're quiet and attentive, the messages will continue to flow to you ...

HOW TO STOP COMPLAINING AND START CREATING

In each one of us lays the complainer, the one that always looks for, and therefore finds what's wrong with everything ...

Inveriably, we tend to blame others instead of taking responsibility. 

Look what he did to me .. Why do I deserve this?

But between you and I, how does it help us if we sit all day and complain; they did it to us, they took from us, they're cruel to us .....?

Does it change the situation for the better, in any way?

Not really ..

On the contrary, the more we complain, the worse we feel! 

Well, so what to do with all this free time, we now have on our hands?

What do we do when the urge to feel sorry for ourselves shows up again? 

 

We all know there is no shortage of opportunities for complaints and grievances of various kinds, right?

So what to do instead?

It is a matter of philosophy of life ...

If I believe that the Creator of the world, this Divine energy, created the world for the benefit of the creatures (us among others), then it is not possible that what happens to me is against me!

Maybe that was designed for me, to help me ...

Through what color lenses would I then see my world?

What will happen if I say to myself, well, this is what's happening in my life right now, and now I have the opportunity to make a part of me a little better? 

Complaints will not help me in any way - it just weakens the power of God in me.

When we adapt to the belief that everything that happens, happens for our highest and best good, we empower ourselves to act, change and make ourselves a little better at a time.

That is how the power of the Creator awakens within us  - enabling us to create something new, something that had not been there before.

That's magic!

HOW TO SAVE MY RELATIONSHIP

Let's face it, relationships are not easy - in order to have a successful marriage or partnership, you must realize that it doesn't just happen on its own! 

You must be willing to invest time and effort in order to create and maintain a healthy union  where you can share love, respect, and common interests. 

We are complex beings as it is - we each come come with "baggage" and our own unique story - it can be challenging for two different people, trying to coexist in one home.  

Let's get things straight:

for a long lasting partnership you don't have to be identical and he or she doesn't have to be perfect - hopefully you have realized by now, there is no such thing as a perfect mate.

Right from the very beginning, you need to know who you are, and in the same token, what is important to you - you have to be able to be honest with yourself and your partner - otherwise, sooner or later, trouble will arise. 

You must take time to really get to know who your partner is - the more information you gather, the more closeness you will be able to create. 

The more you know, the more you'll reduce the chances for misunderstanding and unnecessary pain.

TIME FOR CHANGE!

Why is it so difficult for us to make changes in our lives? 

Firstly, we need to realize that the reality we are currently living in is the direct result of what WE have created thus far. 

Many times the culprit can be our own belief system - what we believe about ourselves can either stand in our way or propel us forward.

We can only manifest what we believe to be true.

If you believe ...... Or if you don't.....

You are right on both accounts.

We need to stop and think - become more aware and challenge our beliefs.

We need to find out whether or not these beliefs are still true for us or if they are the possible cause for our inability to move forward in our lives. 

We need to dig deeper and find the source of our discomfort so we can heal it from the roots.

We need to empower ourselves knowing that we have what it takes to change each and every aspect of our lives. 

Once you know what you need to change and fully realize it, that will be the green light to take action, if not, you will end up hurting yourself! 

You can think and talk about what you wish to be different. You can build many "skyscrapers" in the landscape of your mind. 

Nonetheless, coming up with wonderful ideas and plans, will not get you far. Unless you take ACTION nothing will ever get done!
