Ten Ways To Make The Most Of Everyday. 

It isn't always easy for us .. But, it's up to us to make it better.

Sometimes we think we're behind a difficulty, but as soon as we've taken that first sigh of relief, suddenly we're faced with yet another problem we did not expect.

Mistakes happen and ups and downs will always be a part of our journey - better we accept this truth. 

Here are a some suggestions:

1 - We can only be responsible for our actions, so that we can adapt ourselves to life's  circumstances, not vice versa.

2- We'll always have challenges, the question is how effective we become at dealing with them, with the least damage to ourselves and or to the environment.

3 - We shouldn't be too harsh with ourselves - a mistake remains as such only if we do nothing to fix it.

4 - It is important to release - to repent, to ask for forgiveness and to show willingness to fix the next time around.  

5 - The constant preoccupation with the past causes us damage.

6 - We need to learn to accept when a mistake has been made - we are all human - It is important to forgive ourselves and others. 

7 - Nothing is "the end of the world" - unless we've made it that way. 

8 - There's always the next day. There is always another chance to make amends. We must just allow it all.

9 - Do not underestimate the feelings of the someone who's been hurt - express remorse -Step into he's  shoes and feel what he's feeling. This is true forgiveness.

10 - And finally accept the fact that part of life's work, is that we must never stop striving to be the best that we can be.

BEFORE YOU OPEN MOUTH

Too often we may find ourselves being careless with our words. 
Instead of just spewing them out, set a guard over the door of your lips - keep yourself from calamity. 
Before you speak, pause and think: 
Is what I'm about to say true? 
Is it kind? 
Is it beneficial? 
Is it necessary? 
Does it build up or tear down? 
If the answer to any of the questions above is NO, better keep your mouth shut! 
Use the power of your words to bring healing, encouragement and blessings, not to hurt and destroy. 
How often do you let your guard down and say words that you end up regretting?

Don't just pray, CHOOSE to ACT!

Instead of just praying for a better world, what can WE do more?

Can we do more good deeds than we've done so far? 

What if each one of us made it a point to do the best we can? 

If we love more than we hate it will be just great!!

If we find it easier to forgive, it will instantly shift how we feel. 

And when we're happy it will make everyone around us happy. 

Wouldn't it be just so wonderful if we all amplified the feelings of love and kindness within us?

Would it bring us together, stronger and more united with our family, friends and the whole world? 

It may sound farfetched, but it really isn't. 

It all begins with the desire to make this world a better place and genuinely wanting to share the love we have inside.

Start by replacing feelings of anger with compassion - you CAN do it. 

Don't just wish for things to get better, start with what YOU can do TODAY in order to implement your desire.

Creating good feelings for yourself, is your responsibility! You're in charge! 

Every morning, while you're still in bed, take a few deep, long breaths.

Feel the air entering and exiting your body. Is it not amazing that this "air" is what gives you life ??

Be grateful you still have the ability to just "simply" breathe without any extra effort ...

Now, you are ready to tell the world what you want to experience, what do you want to feel - 

I'm healthy, I'm happy, I'm lucky ... I love

Just a suggestion, something you can try ..

The way you start your day, often determines how the rest of your day you will be like ...

In order to accomplish something, you need to focus on the positive aspects, not on all the hurdles you may be encountered by, otherwise you'll keep manufacturing more challenges and excuses.

I AM A MESSENGER OF GOODNESS


"Love thy neighbor as thy self, I am God "- a secret code that will connect you to Creation and to the Creator within you.

I am a messenger of goodness, I believe in the power of giving - I allow this energetic wave to be evoked within me. 

I know that the more I do good, so the more blessings will come to greet me.

I care and work toward  bringing permanent benefit to the environment, not because I'm afraid of God, not for the gift of thanks, nor for the hope of getting something in return, but, from the knowing that I am a miraculous being, with the uncanny ability to feel good at any given time I wish. 

I'm contributing to the world around me. This is my way to deepen my relationship with the light - with Creation itself, while feeling good inside.

I know that this is the way to become a better person, a little more each day.

A Creator is someone who takes responsibility and builds a life worth living: instances that bring flavor to life; moments of sharing and loving.
