Happy... Is Where I Want To Be
“Anyone can become angry – that is easy. But to be angry with the right person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose, and in the right way – this is not easy.”
- Aristotle

It is important to experience a full range of feelings. And yes, even the unpleasant ones.

Know how to transform the not-so-good feeling to ones that will make you feel good. In fact, that is just one of our jobs!

It is our personal duty to watch out for our own well-being. It's not healthy for us to be in a place of anger for too long; not in any way, shape or form.

The happiest people are those who enjoy doing well for others. People who are seeking to do good for themselves only, are like those who chase butterflies - the more they pursue it, the more it seems distant and unattainable.

The less you focus on yourself and care more for others, the happier you'll be

Simple and doable.
