YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT

Very few individuals, if any, have complete control over their lives.

We do not have to be perfect. It's ok to fail and to rise again. It is good for us to make mistakes, that's how we learn and grow. 

Everything that happens to us serves a purpose; like a magical spiral staircase leading to our ongoing evolution.  

We cannot possibly expect of ourselves or anyone else, to be "happy go lucky" 24/7.

We all have our own unique view of reality. We  must learn to adapt and make changes that will contribute to our overall well being. 

We must have faith in ourselves, it is the only way we can progress. 

We may wish to adopt the awareness that "things happen", and that it can't possibly always be easy for us. And that's ok. 

We need to remove the pressure of needing to be perfect, and instead do our best to experience as many moments of pleasure while we continue on our journey.
