HOW TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF

Do you ever find yourself feeling sad, empty, or down? 

What do you think about when you're sad?

Where is your focus? 

Don't waste your time making yourself miserable when you can otherwise be happy - 

* You can always find a reason to be happy - even the fact that you are able to read these very lines...

Do not let stress build up and take control over you - 

* If you have any kind of "unfinished business", deal with it, and be done with it. 

Don't let anger rule over your relationships.

* Take the initiative, speak from the heart, be kind and gracious regardless of who's right.

We all have the ability to be mindful, stay focused, and eliminate distractions, the question is WHAT are we focused on ...

Become more aware of your thoughts - they are what determines your state of mind.

Concentrate on what you want to experience and feel - focus on what matters to you most, it will help you become calmer and much happier.
