WHERE DOES INSPIRATION COME FROM?

Where does inspiration come from?

Where do we get our visions and ideas?

Do they just randomly come to us?

Have you ever stopped to wonder why an idea come to you and not to anyone else?

What if your vision came to you, because it should be expressed through you??

Maybe it's the Universe/ Creator, whispering a message to you ...

You were carefully selected to bring your creative thinking to life.

Your vision or idea comes to you at a certain time, because this energy needs to be revealed to the world through you!

Do not underestimate your ability to create something out of nothing.

Take advantage of the opportunity while you still have it, or it will land on someone else's lap, and you will regret not taking action.

Do not wait until you're ready - you will never think you're sufficiently ready!

As long as you're quiet and attentive, the messages will continue to flow to you ...

CELEBRATE THE GIFT OF LIFE

I was lucky to be born and I know that someday I will no longer be here.

The responsibility to fill in the "blanks" between the moment I was born till the moment I pass, is solely up to me.

I am the one who has to create content to my life.

I am the one who is held accountable for what I can do with the gift of life.

I know I can make a difference in my life as well as in the lives of others.

I have already proven to myself through my thoughts and deeds, how much power I have over my life.

I know that change is good for me, therefore I will always search for ways to improve the quality of my life, and the lives of the people around me.

As I arise each morning, I start my day contemplating on how much value I can add to my day.

To fully realize how much I can still do with my life, all need to do is think of someone who has left the world, and no longer has the opportunity add Light and share his gift of life.

I AM A SPIRITUAL BEING

I Am

I am safe and protected.

I wonder what else is out there awaiting me to learn and discover

I hear the whispers of my soul cheering me on, strengthening my spirit, and enabling me to continue on my journey with certainty and confidence.

I see goodness when I seek it - I do my best to see the Light in everyone and everything I encounter in life.

I want to uphold my everlasting purpose to spread Light wherever I go.

I am safe and protected.

I pretend I'm a butterfly, kissing each and every fragrant flower on my path.

I feel the battle within me - one part is concentrated on taking care of me, and the other on what I can do for the benefit of the other.

I touch my heart, breath in the Light, and find out what's best for me.

I worry about those I love, but I dont allow it to get the best of me or hinder me in any way.

I cry when I see people hating, when I know they can just as easily show kindness and love.

I am safe and protected

I realize that sometimes pain is necessary for my growth, but that doesn't show me that life is against me.

I say, let us all take a vow to add goodness to the world, and to always do our best to come from a place of love.

I dream of a better world, where evil and hatred do not exist.

I try to be as kind and generous with others, even with those who have hurt me.

I hope and wish for a peaceful world; where everything is functioning in perfect harmony, as befits the beautiful symphony of life.

I am safe and protected.

My eyes will soon be opened to a world full of beauty, charm and adventure, amen ~~~

HOW TO FIND BALANCE AND INNER PEACE

How to find balance and inner peace?

A twenty-two part guide, that will help you become more authentic and true to who you really are.

"Achieve inner balance, and be free to live your truth".

Part -1-

1) As I become more aware of myself, I realize that I have much more  control over my life than I thought I had, or been able to admit to myself.

2) I have been given the freedom to choose.

3) Therefore, instead of beating myself up or blaming myself, I choose to reinvent myself, time and time again.

4) I do not identify with my thoughts, they are just thoughts. Instead, I observe my thoughts.

5) I have the ability to discern what is good for me, what serves me best and what doesn't.

6) I notice things that inspire me, things that keep me open to new ideas.

7) I now know more of what blocks me and leaves me stuck in place.

8) I know I must not to wait for anything external to give me what I want.

9) I give myself love and reassurance because I know that it is the only way I can feel happy and satisfied.

10) I hold my nature to respond to external factors, and instead, I choose to consciously connect to the Light, to the Divine that exists within me.

11) I choose to do what is right, what serves the greater good of myself and others.

Stay tuned for part two.

HOW GRATITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING

Today is my fifth, and final day of the 5-day "gratitude experience".

I would like to invite you all to participate in this Project of Gratitude, it will lift up your spirit and make you more aware of all the blessings in your life.

I am grateful for:

1) My ability to not be consumed by anguish or pain and instead, create within myself moments of joy and happiness.

I pay attention to how I am feeling at any given moment, and do my best to transform the negativity inside me, by finding the good in everything - I create my experiences.

2) My creative imagination
which allows me to express and communicate on many levels about what it means to be alive and be a human being.

3) For living in the United States - I feel fortunate to live in a country that believes and encourages people to exercise their freedom of speech - to be independent and creative thinkers.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE LEADERSHIP

How do you define leadership?

When you think of the word leader what images come to your mind?

Are you thinking of the president, a king of some distant country, or the CEO of a major company?

Who is a leader?

A leader is someone who is inspiring empowering. It is a person who gives a sense of security and instills trust in others.

Can a mother be considered a leader of her children and family? Of course she can, and she most definitely is!

Anyone who is in a position of authority, whether it is a group or a conglomerate, holds a responsibility for others.

Responsibility, respond - ability ...

Someone who has the ability to respond.

So what is so special about that?

Our brain is wired partly animal - in our most basic nature - we all possess the ability to respond when we feel threatened, ready to attack.

We can also respond favorably to positive  stimulation.

The question is how do we CHOOSE to respond, when we say or act in a specific way.

Do you tend to be happy and loving or fear stricken?

A true leader is not only responsible for others, but he is also responsible for himself - held accountable for his words and actions.

The true image of a leader is someone who knows others are "watching him" , learning from his behavior and actions.

What kind of examples are you setting for others?

Are you saying one thing and acting out another?

I suggest a rule of thumb: treat others as YOU would like and expect to be treated!

After all love thy neighbor is not only when everything is "peachy", but rather when things are not ....

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE

Would you like to learn a simple and effective way to deal with negative thinking? If your answer is YES, keep reading. It's a powerful thing to know that we have a choice what to think and how to feel ... We can choose to focus on worrisome ideas that are constantly being generated in our brain, or we can shift over and train ourselves to be deliberately optimistic. We can choose to interrupt and ignore negativity or we can allow it to hold us captive. But why choose to be enslaved by our minds? Why not take on the observer point of view and choose to transform any form of negativity within us? If you turn your awareness on, you'll hear your inner speach: your mind generates words, and dialogues almost at a super human speed. Then you'll become aware of these conversations that will keep intruding. Ask yourself: why am I doing this? Do I really want to deliberately make myself feel bad? Turn to your awareness and say, SHUT UP!! Guess what??? It really works!!! You don't have to believe it, but YOU CAN certainly try it!! Please Like, Comment, Share Thank YOU!
